Claim to fame

Best known as a correspondent on TV's The Daily Show, Josh Gad has appeared in the films Love and Other Drugs and The Rocker. Shortly after making his Broadway debut in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Gad was tapped to participate in early readings of The Book of Mormon. After three years of development, Gad starred in the show on Broadway and earned a Tony nomination for his portrayal of goofy Mormon missionary Elder Cunningham.
