Claim to fame

After first landing on Broadway as a child in the musical Ragtime, Michele earned stellar reviews for her performance as one of the awakening teens in Duncan Sheik's Tony-winning musical version of Spring Awakening. Hollywood soon came calling and Michele hit the big time with her role as Rachel Berry on the hit Fox television show Glee.
