What Is the Story of Forever Tango?
No story, not a word is spoken during the show, just nonstop music and dance. Forever Tango features nine couples, each performing classical Argentine tango numbers, with interludes of instrumental music from the onstage orchestra and solos. The tango itself tells a story.

Should I See It?

What is Forever Tango Like?
Forever Tango features a cast of 16 tango dancers, a rotating star vocalist and an 11-piece orchestra, which includes a pianist, a string quartet and four bandoneons. Male dancers move in sleek black tuxedos with matching ties, fedoras, shiny black shoes and slicked back hair, and female dancers dressed in stunning cocktail dresses, high heels and fishnet stockings seductively embrace, dip and lunge at lightning speed.

Is Forever Tango Good for Kids?
There’s a sexy undertone to this show (it’s not called “the dance for lovers” for nothing), but overall, Forever Tango is fine for kids, especially if they enjoy watching dance-based TV reality series such as So You Think You Can Dance or Dancing with the Stars.
