Corbin Bleu's been wowing audiences in his Broadway debut as Usnavi in In the Heights since January 25, when the High School Musical star stepped into the spotlight as a full-time cast member in the Tony-winning tuner. But it wasn't until a month later (February 23, to be exact) that new star finally got to kick back with his new Broadway family and celebrate, doing so at a cast party held in his honor at Angus McIndoe restaurant in the heart of the Theater District. The bash was well-timed—Bleu celebrated his 21st birthday on February 21, meaning the young star could legally raise a glass and toast with co-stars like Olga Merediz, Christopher Jackson and Priscilla Lopez. The show also feted two other new additions to the cast—David Del Rio, now appearing as Sonny, and So You Think You Can Dance alum William Wingfield, featured as Graffiti Pete—as well as the homecoming of original cast member Janet Dacal, who originated the role of Carla and is now back starring as Nina.
