In honor of Valentine’s Day, Broadway.com decided to ask some of the most romantic people we know—Broadway stars—to share their thoughts on the season of love, and the shows that make them swoon.

JOANNA GLEASON (Love, Loss and What I Wore)

What is the most romantic Broadway show of all time and why?
I really was transported the first time I saw A Little Night Music. The romance is in the air, but everything that has to happen in order to feel it in your life—loss, missed chances, wrong partners, time's passing—everything that speaks of "what if" and "if only" is laid out so beautifully that it was heartbreakingly beautiful by the end of the piece.

What character from a Broadway show (past or present) could you fall in love with and why?
There was a character in the ill-fated Nick and Nora musical 18 years ago on Broadway named Victor Moisa. He was a union boss, had money, a bit shady but oh, so sexy. He was played by Chris Sarandon. He had a love song, "Class" that he sang looking deeply into the eyes of the tomato playing Nora. Reader, I married him.

Keep checking back for more Valentine’s Day ideas from your favorite stars.
