A collection of vignettes based on the book by Ilene Beckerman.
If you are a woman—or know a woman—who owns a closet, you are in luck. The starry new off-Broadway show Love Loss and What I Wore is for you. The show, written by talented sisters Nora and Delia Ephron (based on Ilene Beckerman’s bestselling book), opened on October 2 to an audience filled with celebs. With a cast featuring legendary Tony winner Tyne Daly, comedienne extraordinaire Rosie O’Donnell, The Daily Show’s hilarious Samantha Bee, Tony winner Katie Finneran and movie star Natasha Lyonne, you can see why the show is quickly becoming the place to be. Plus, it’s an eye-opening work that offers a peek into the hearts and minds of women as they deal with hook-ups, break-ups, hardships, bra-shopping, purse-hating and, yes, their mothers. After the performance at the Westside Theatre, the lovely company of ladies headed to the Bryant Park Grill to bask in their fabulousness. Take a look!
