Roundabout Theatre Company has extended its production of Waiting for Godot for an extra week at Studio 54. The revival, which opened on April 30, will now run through July 12, directed by Anthony Page.

Waiting for Godot stars Nathan Lane Estragon, Bill Irwin Vladimir, John Goodman Pozzo and John Glover Lucky, with Cameron Clifford and Matthew Schechter alternating the role of a Boy.

Waiting for Godot revolves around two seemingly homeless men, Vladimir and Estragon, waiting for someone—or something— named Godot. The two men spend their days on a barren stretch of road, inhabiting a drama spun from their own consciousness. The result is a comical wordplay of poetry, dreamscapes and nonsense, which has been interpreted as a somber summation of mankind’s inexhaustible search for meaning.
