What Is the Story of Women of Will?
Women of Will takes an in-depth look at all of the leading ladies in William Shakespeare’s most well-known plays. The show is offered in five separate parts (each based on a different period of Shakespeare’s writing) or in one complete overview (often recommended for those who want a taste of it all).

Should I See It?

What Is Women of Will Like?
Women of Will is told through a series of intermittent monologues and scenes by the two actors, who also break between segments to talk to the audience and discuss the scenes that are performed (or are about to be performed). The intimate theater space means that there’s no bad seat in the house for taking in a pair of expert performances from renowned Shakespeare interpreters Tina Packer and Nigel Gore.

Is Women of Will Good for Kids?
Unless your child is a die-hard Shakespeare fan, this production is probably not right for little ones. Some of the scenes include sexual innuendo, violent allusions and even simulated sex on stage. Young teenagers who have a hard time comprehending Shakespeare may also feel lost in the clouds.
