Audra McDonald is unparalleled in the breadth and versatility of her artistry as both a singer and an actor. The winner of a record-breaking six Tony Awards, two Grammy Awards and an Emmy, in 2015 she was named one of Time magazine’s 100 most influential people and received a National Medal of Arts—America’s highest honor for achievement in the field—from President Barack Obama. In addition to her Tony-winning performances in Carousel, Master Class, Ragtime, A Raisin in the Sun, The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess and Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar & Grill—the role that also served as the vehicle for her Olivier Award-nominated 2017 debut in London’s West End—she has appeared on Broadway in The Secret Garden; Marie Christine (Tony nomination); Henry IV; 110 in the Shade (Tony nomination); Shuffle Along, or, The Making of the Musical Sensation of 1921 and All That Followed; and Frankie and Johnny in the Clair de Lune (Tony nomination). A Juilliard-trained soprano, her opera credits include La voix humaine and Send at Houston Grand Opera, and Rise and Fall of the City of Mahagonny at Los Angeles Opera, where the resulting recording earned her two Grammy Awards. On television, she was seen by millions as the Mother Abbess in NBC’s The Sound of Music Live! and played Dr. Naomi Bennett on ABC’s Private Practice. She won an Emmy Award for her role as host of PBS’s Live From Lincoln Center and has received nominations for Wit, A Raisin in the Sun and Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar & Grill. Having first appeared as Liz Lawrence on CBS’s The Good Wife, she stars in The Good Fight on Paramount+ as well as in Spectrum’s pandemic-themed drama, The Bite. On film, she has appeared in Seven Servants, The Object of My Affection, Cradle Will Rock, It Runs in the Family, The Best Thief in the World, She Got Problems, Rampart, Ricki and the Flash, Disney’s live-action Beauty and the Beast, the movie-musical Hello Again, and MGM’s Aretha Franklin biopic, Respect. Her upcoming film projects comprise Higher Ground’s Rustin and FilmNation’s Down Low. McDonald has issued five solo albums on the Nonesuch label as well as Sing Happy with the New York Philharmonic on Decca Gold. She also maintains a major career as a concert artist, regularly appearing on the great stages of the world and with leading international orchestras. A founding member of Black Theatre United, board member of Covenant House International, and prominent advocate for LGBTQAI+ rights, her favorite roles are those performed offstage, as an activist, wife to actor Will Swenson, and mother.

In 2022, he was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Fine Arts, honoris causa, from Queens College. Burstein has received the Tony Award (7 nominations), the Drama League Award (3 nominations), two Drama Desk Awards (4 nominations), four Outer Critics Circle Awards (6 nominations), and three Grammy Award nominations.

Joy is thrilled to return to the Flower Shop! Originally from Chicago, she made her professional debut as Chiffon in the original Little Shop off-Broadway cast, and later returned to the show as Audrey in 2022. Broadway credits include Gypsy (2025 Tony Award® nomination as Louise), The Notebook (Middle Allie), and Six the Musical (Catherine Parr). She recently starred in London’s 30th Anniversary Concert of Jason Robert Brown’s Songs For A New World. Other stage credits include performances at Classic Stage Company, New York City Center, and regional theatres across the US.

Jordan Tyson made her Broadway debut in The Notebook. Kevin Csolak's past film credits include Rob Burnett’s We Made This Movie and Henry Alex Rubin’s Disconnect. Broadway credits include Mean Girls and How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Television credits include a recurring role in HBO’s “Boardwalk Empire,” guest-starring on “Jessica Jones,” “The MICK,” “KC Undercover,” “Gortimer Gibbon’s Life on Normal Street,” and “Blue Bloods.” Csolak performed with Justin Timberlake in the 2018 Super Bowl LII Halftime Show and with Hayley Kiyoko at the MTV Video Music Awards. He was also featured in Amy Schumer’s viral and Emmy Award- winning music video, “Girl You Don’t Need Make-Up” on Comedy Central’s “Inside Amy Schumer.” Additional credits include Cirque Du Soleil’s Wintuk (World Premiere), The Prom (lab), and The Burnt Part Boys (lab). Lesli Margherita won the Laurence Olivier Award for her West End debut in Zorro The Musical and originated the roles of Mrs. Wormwood in Matilda The Musical and Mona Kent in Dames at Sea on Broadway. Off-Broadway she received Drama Desk, Lortel, and Outer Critics nominations for Who’s Holiday, Emojiland, and A Scythe of Time. Television credits include recurring and guest starring roles on NCIS Hawaii, Minx, Fairly OddParents, The Rookie, The Crew, Raven’s Home, Homeland, Instinct, Seven Seconds, and Transparent. Currently on film in The Many Saints of Newark and Opening Night. Lesli's voice can also be heard on several animated films and shows on Paramount+, Disney, FOX and Nickelodeon. Mylinda Hull has been part of New York theatre for over 25 years.  After making her Broadway debut as Anytime Annie in the Tony Award-winning revival of 42nd Street (OBC), she continued on Broadway to play opposite such luminaries as Christina Applegate in Sweet Charity (OBC), Jonathan Pryce in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Nathan Lane in The Nance (OBC), and Billy Crystal in Mr. Saturday Night (OBC). She played Lola opposite Jerry Lewis in the National Tour of Damn Yankees. Off-Broadway she recently played Mona Bland in the Jason Robert Brown, Jonathan Marc Sherman and Daisy Prince helmed musical The Connector at MCC.  Mylinda was also a part of the Stephen Sondheim/John Weidman musical Road Show at The Public Theatre directed by John Doyle, and the long-running crowd pleaser I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change at the Westside Theatre.  At the popular New York City Center Encores! series she has played principal roles in five productions and can be heard on three of their Original Cast Recordings; Face The Music, The New Yorkers and Merrily We Roll Along with Lin-Manuel Miranda. Her many regional credits include Murder On The Orient Express at The Old Globe, Dancing At Lughnasa at Two River and her IRNE Award-winning performance as Miss Adelaide in Guys And Dolls at North Shore Music Theatre.  On the small screen, Mylinda played the burlesque stripper Pauline who meets a young Bob Fosse in Fosse/Verdon Episode 5 and appeared in The Big C with Laura Linney, as well as Season 1 and 2 of Inside Amy Schumer.  Mylinda lives in Brooklyn with husband, their two teenaged children and two dogs named Ry and Soda.  Gypsywill be her 7th Broadway show and she is thrilled to be a part of the company.
