Surprise! Wicked Honors Its Five Millionth Audience Member

On September 29, Wicked welcomed its five millionth audience member to the Gershwin Theatre! To celebrate this milestone, the show had something very special in store: After the cast took their bows at the matinee performance, Glinda (Katie Rose Clarke) and Elphaba (Mandy Gonzalez) came forward and surprised Brett LaTorre of Sparta, NJ, whose Wicked ticket was the five millionth scanned. In honor of his very special place in Wicked history, LaTorre was presented with a ‘Key to the Emerald City’ and a trip London, complete with luxury accommodations at luxury hotel Rubens at the Palace and, of course, two tickets to Wicked in the West End!
