On October 14 the first Broadway revival of David Hirson's clever rhyming comedy La Bete roared its way back onto Broadway charged with the star power of Mark Rylance, David Hyde Pierce and Joanna Lumley. After a performance continually greeted with laughter from the audience, the trio finally got to break character and have some laughs of their own as they headed to Gotham Hall for their opening night party.
