Adam Pascal & Christine Pedi Paint the Town Red in Broadway's Chicago

The long-running, Tony Award-winning revival of Chicago welcomes Tony nominee and Broadway.com Audience Choice Award winner Adam Pascal and Christine Pedi to the company beginning April 8 at the Ambassador Theatre.

Pascal takes over the role of cunning lawyer Billy Flynn, succeeding Christopher Sieber, who ended his return engagement April 7. Pedi, who is playing a limited 10-week engagement through June 16, is now Matron "Mama" Morton, replacing Carol Woods, who concluded her two-year engagement on April 7.

Set in the 1920s, Chicago follows Roxie Hart, a housewife and nightclub dancer who murders her on-the-side lover. Desperate to avoid conviction, she hires Billy Flynn, Chicago's slickest criminal lawyer, much to the dismay of her rival cellmate Velma Kelly. Directed by Walter Bobbie, the Tony-winning revival is now in its 17th year.

The cast of Chicago also features Amy Spanger as Roxie Hart, Amra-Faye Wright as Velma Kelly, Raymond Bokhour as Amos Hart and R. Lowe as Mary Sunshine.
