Broadway Grosses: Guys and Dolls Cheers Winter Blues
Guys and Dolls stars Oliver Platt, Lauren Graham,
Craig Bierko & Kate Jennings Grant
Another cold week kept Broadway box offices from blooming. Despite the weather, Guys and Dolls, which played its first preview on February 5, filled the newly refurbished Nederlander Theatre to over 96%, making it the top show in capacity for the week. Also thriving was Tony-winning musical In the Heights and Will Ferrell’s You’re Welcome America, both of which were over 90%. Meanwhile, Equus, starring Daniel Radcliffe, ended its run at the Broadhurst Theatre, which will welcome Mary Stuart in April.
