Countless shows open and close every year, with closing dates announced as far in advance as six months or as soon as within a few days. If your show announces it will close before your performance, we will notify you via email and your order will be automatically refunded in full.

In the unlikely event your performance is canceled, we will notify you promptly. Ticket orders for canceled performances will be fully refunded automatically.
