An Opening Night Party for Our Lady
It's been a long time coming for the LAByrinth Theater Company. The LAB has been a downtown fave for a while, but it is currently enjoying its largest production yet in New York with Stephen Adly Guirgus' Our Lady of 121st Street. Our Lady, which takes a look at a group of neighborhood friends who are reunited for the funeral of a much feared and loved local nun, is directed by Philip Seymour Hoffman and opened on March 6 at the Union Square Theatre. Although the play is equal parts comedy and heartbreak, there were only smiles among the tight ensemble cast at the opening night shindig. Take a look!
