Bridge & Tunnel Opening Draws A-List Crowd
Sarah Jones showed off her multicultural, multi-character, multi-talented masterpiece, Bridge &Tunnel at its glitzy opening on January 26 at the Helen Hayes Theatre. The solo show drew an enthusiastic ovation, led by Meryl Streep, who served as B&T's producer in its downtown engagement two seasons ago. After the opening night performance, the starry crowd headed to the UN. With the show's theme of immigrants making their way in America, and the fact that Jones attended The United Nations International School, the UN was a fitting place for the star to celebrate her Broadway debut.
