Encores! Throws a Heck of a Bash

The fourth annual Encores! Bash was a heck of a good time at City Center on November 21 and 22. The event celebrated the 100th anniversary of the birth of five songwriters: Harold Arlen, Marc Blitzstein, Dorothy Fields, Frederick Loewe and Jule Styne with highlights from Gypsy, Funny Girl, Bloomer Girl, Paint Your Wagon, See-Saw, The Cradle Will Rock, The Threepenny Opera, Gigi, Bells Are Ringing, High Button Shoes and Brigadoon. Of course, a gaggle of stage celebs were on hand for the snazzy show, which was directed and choreographed by Rob Ashford and featured music direction by Rob Fisher. Take a look!
