Kathie Lee Gifford Says "So Long!" to Annie at Madison Square Garden
With her spirits high (and her tongue planted firmly in cheek) Kathie Lee Gifford, who was completing a month-long run playing that old meanie Miss Hannigan in the Tony Award-winning musical Annie at the Theater at Madison Square Garden, gave us a few farewell backstage snapshots before the show's closing on December 30. To wish her co-star Marissa O'Donnell well (the wee tyke from Westchester, N.Y., will continue on with the production without Ms. Giffford for Annie's national tour), the former morning show icon offered Marissa a few warnings, errrrr… tips.
