Lawyer Takes on Lawyer in Off-Broadway's All Too Human
Does it take a great lawyer to play a great lawyer? Well, it certainly couldn't hurt! Attorney-turned-actor Henry Miller is putting the notion to the test these days with his one-man play All Too Human: An Evening With Clarence Darrow at the 45th Street Theatre. According to press materials, the show "tells the story of Clarence Darrow's fight against religious intolerance, capital punishment, prohibition, the oppression of the workers and anything else Darrow felt impeded the bringing of enlightenment and culture to the human mind." Miller and his theatrical comrades toasted their opening night on Sunday, November 5 at Scaletta on the Upper West Side.
