Loretta Devine & Sheryl Lee Ralph Attend L.A. Premiere of Dreamgirls
Following its New York debut at the Ziegfeld last week, the movie musical of the Broadway smash Dreamgirls continued on its "road show" journey for a gala premiere in Los Angeles on December 11. In addition to the presence of the film's stars Beyonce Knowles, Jennifer Hudson and Anika Noni Rose, the Wilshire Theatre screening was particularly special for theater lovers because a lineup of New York stage faves was on hand, including original Dreamgirls Loretta Devine and Sheryl Lee Ralph.
