Backstage at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre felt a lot like Agrestic, California on August 18, when Weeds star Mary-Louise Parker paid a visit to Hunter Parrish, who plays her son Silas in the subversive Showtime series. Parrish is settling into his new gig as Melchior in Spring Awakening. Parker is preparing to star in the upcoming revival of Hedda Gabler, her first walk on the Broadway boards since Reckless in 2004. And guess who else was in the house that night? Rod Stewart!
