Though Olivia Wilde has made a name for herself in Hollywood as one of television's most sensuous young starlets from her recurring roles on
The O.C. and
The Black Donnellys, on May 2 the sultry brunette from
Maxim magazine's Hot 100 list officially brought her talent back home to her native New York City with her off-Broadway debut in
Beauty on the Vine at the Clurman on Theatre Row. Co-starring Barbara Garrick, Victor Slezak and Howard Overshow, the drama explores the power of women's beauty and the potential of violence it invites in contemporary culture. After the opening night curtain calls, we hung out with Ms. Wilde and her talented company for a soiree in the lobby of the Clurman on 42 Street. Check it out.
