While you were watching the Emmys, a constellation of stars flocked downtown on September 20 to catch John Ortiz and Philip Seymour Hoffman go head to head in Othello. The Public Theater brought together the pals (who co-founded LAByrinth Theatre Company) to play the ultimate frenemies, Othello and Iago, in a production directed by opera bigwig Peter Sellars.
