The Play What I Wrote Offers Tickets and Tea

The Play What I Wrote opened its box office on March 3 with a special treat for New Yorkers--outrageous discounts for its first five previews, which were priced from one dollar to five per ticket. Even though it was one of the coldest New York mornings, ticketbuyers lined up for the cheap seats, as well as a chance to meet director Kenneth Branagh and stars Sean Foley, Toby Jones and Hamish McColl, who were serving hot tea to the cold fans. You can get your own slightly more expensive seats for this Brit hit from the comfort of your home right here on Broadway.com. The show starts performances this Friday, March 7, at the Lyceum Theatre.
