Singin' in the Studio with A Catered Affair
The cast of A Catered Affair hunkered down in Avatar Studios on April 7 to record the cast album for the new musical (currently in previews at the Walter Kerr Theatre). Stars Faith Prince, Tom Wopat, Matt Cavenaugh and Leslie Kritzer showed up to throw on headphones and sing out! Joining them were John Bucchino, who got to hear his first Broadway score in playback, and librettist Harvey Fierstein, who took to the mike as Uncle Winston. A Catered Affair opens April 17.
