A perfect choice for my Broadway viewing debut
"This was my first ever Broadway experience and simply put, I loved everything about this show. Every single performer on stage was talented, precise, and made the work seem effortless. The set pieces were perfect. The songs and overall humor of the show was exactly what I expected and wanted from a play created by the people who are also responsible for creating South Park. The theater was beautiful and the ushers very efficient at directing people around their seats, concessions, etc. I will be recommending this play to anyone within earshot. Kids should probably stay away, but adults with the right sense of humor will love it."

One of the funniest shows I’ve seen
"I heard it was raunchy, but I didn’t realize it was also hysterical. Felt badly for the kids sitting in our aisle and thought the parents should have known the f-word is dropped a lot. Because you want to laugh!
"I liked everything especially how talented the whole cast was. The sound is excellent, maybe loud if you are on the 1st orchestra rows, where I was. The advantage is that you can see the funny expressions of the actors. There was nothing I didn't like about the show. I just didn't like the themed cocktail I ordered. If you are sensitive about religious subject, maybe this is not the show for you. "

Arguably the funniest Broadway comedy all time
"After the first act I was so surprised by the thin tightrope the show was walking on, the stomping over religious and cultural boundaries, that I thought the writers painted themselves into a satirical corner so much so I couldn't comprehend how they could win such a mixed audience over in the end. And then the scene comes in the second act no one sees coming and it was HILARIOUS and brilliant. I cannot believe the ultimate message this show pulls off while blurring every social/ religious line in the process. And whoever found and cast Diego Enrico as Arnold deserves so much credit. What a performance from one of Broadway's oddest looking and incredible leading man characters ever. 5/5 Stars and I think I've only given 5 stars to maybe 4 shows including Les Mis and Rent. "

"If you are easily offended, check out the works of Trey Parker and Matt Stone before buying tickets. Watch some South Park, people. If it offends you, skip this show. If you laugh uproariously at comedy that is completely irreverent and juvenile, see this show! See it twice!! The humor is clever, and the singing and choreography just fabulous. This show is just…fun! Parents beware, this show is really not for kids. Or for any truly upstanding citizen to be honest. Hahaha!"

About
The Book of Mormon
The Book of Mormon follows two young missionaries who are sent to Uganda to try to convert citizens to the Mormon religion. One missionary, Elder Price, is an enthusiastic go-getter with a strong dedication to his faith, while his partner, Elder Cunningham, is a socially awkward but well meaning nerd whose tendency to embroider the truth soon lands him in trouble. Upon their arrival in Africa, Elders Price and Cunningham learn that in a society plagued by AIDS, poverty and violence, a successful mission may not be as easy as they expected.
