Fans of the new musical Brooklyn got a taste of the show's charms at a CD signing at the Virgin Mega Store on January 13. The CD, produced by Brooklyn musical supervisor John McDaniel, is on Razor and Tie label and available at the theater and on the show's website. The five-member cast (minus an ailing Karen Olivo and with the addition of swing Julie Reiber) performed two numbers--"Heart Behind These Hands" and "Street Singer"--from the sidewalk fairy tale, hawked their CD, signed autographs and posed for our camera.
