As I’m from the Nordic country, Strinberg’s production is interesting.
"Creditors has been performed first time in Copenhagen end of 1800 and still it is Impressive. "

Incredibly smart and fascinating
"The acting was only matched by the subject matter and the story twists. We just kept waiting for the next turn. A very quick 90 minutes. The cast worked exceptionally well together and it was intense."

Excellent play
"Very compelling psychological/emotional drama. Not exactly a thriller, per se, but thoughtful meditation on manipulation, regret, loneliness, vulnerability, and living three dimensionally. The end is a bit abrupt and not persuasive but that is a small complaint. The performances were superb and the theatre is intimate which is good for this play."

A revised version of Creditors that is nimble, engaging, and deft
"Acting and direction were excellent. Revisions to the play (which I had seen perhaps twice before over the years) made it more believable and less melodramatic. One quibble is that while I could hear every word Justice said, both of the other actors were occasionally nearly inaudible. Still the performances were riveting."

Magnificent Performances, Crafty Lighting Design
"The three principal actors in this play are absolutely superb! As a professional lighting person, I was mesmerized by the super long crossfades (almost) imperceptibly repeatedly toggling the stage from warm to cool. My only issue with the whole production was the 180 degree deviation to Strindberg's original ending. Lost one star, otherwise it would have been FIVE! "

About Creditors

Adi, a struggling painter, finds his creative spark reignited by Gustav, a magnetic stranger at an isolated sea-side hotel. Their connection is instant and intimate, but what seems like a chance encounter quickly twists into something far darker, as Gustav becomes intrigued by Adi's wife, the dazzling Tekla. Talk into the night devolves into an intricate web of deception, seduction and revelation, where the lives of all involved may be destroyed or transformed.
