All Hail Nathan Lane! November Opens on Broadway
Playing the President of the United States, Tony-winning funny man Nathan Lane took charge of Broadway on January 17 when he officially opened in David Mamet's new political comedy November at the Barrymore Theatre. And it was an all-star reception that welcomed Lane back to the New York boards as the opening night crowd was bursting with celebs: Jerry Seinfeld, Mariska Hargitay and hubby Peter Hermann, Anthony Edwards, Stephanie March, Tom Wopat, Molly Ringwald, Joy Behar—and Lane's Broadway buddy Matthew Broderick! After the curtain calls, we joined Lane and his November co-stars Laurie Metcalf, Dylan Baker, Michael Nichols and Ethan Phillips at Bond 45 for a hell of a victory party. Check it out.
