It’s an absolute travesty…that this show is closing!
"Funny, heartbreaking and inspiring. Though set in 1987 it is so on point for today. Cast was phenomenal, talented and fearless. If you can see it before it closes on 6/29…do it!"

Just When You Think Broadway Can't Get Better
"I loved the intimacy and realness of this show and how relevant it is to our times. The audience was engaged from beginning to end with this loving story of the immigrants who make our country what it is -- laughing or crying, we were all in! Beautiful songs, great characters, powerful women. The down-to-your-underwear title song was phenomenal and got a spontaneous standing ovation. I would go see this again! Wish it wasn't closing!!"

Amazing
"One of the best shows I’ve seen on Broadway. This production was deeply moving and incredibly relatable. I had the privilege of bringing my Mexican immigrant family to see it, and it was such a powerful experience for all of us. We laughed, we cried — it touched every emotion. It was more than just entertainment; it was a celebration of culture, resilience, and shared humanity. In a time like today, this show felt especially meaningful. It reminded me that even the smallest things can bring joy, and it gave me hope and strength — not just for myself, but for my community. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone I know. This is the kind of storytelling we need more of."

I was crying before intermission!
"I could not have asked for a better way to kick off my first ever broadway show!!! This show has heart, soul, and showcases the painful story of what it means to be an immigrant. But I laughed and laughed with each punchline. YOU NEED TO SEE IT. "

Uplifting!
"This was my last of 4 shows I saw on this trip and I was completely surprised at how wonderful it was. Don't know what I was expecting, but it far exceeded my expectations. The cast was delightful. The plot was so good and the scene where the girls show their cubes had everyone on their feet. Ana was Lovely!"

Sad, sweet, sassy and satisfying!
"The show has found itself hyper-relevant in 2025! Songs, scores and band were perfect. Performers were excellent, well choreographed and joyful. The basic story is clearly a big reflection of nearly 3 centuries of America’s deep experience of creating a melting pot from across the world. Filled with joy, hardship and tragedy. I loved it!"

Latinas Rule!
"Loved the music, dance and storyline. It represents some of the old ways of our culture. Comedy and drama well balanced. Never a dull moment. Young teens could see this with family but not young children. Theater was so cozy. Great venue and actors all did a great job❤️"

Such a fun
"I didn’t know what to expect. I went to see Justina Machado but i was surprised from the first minute. Excellent acting! Great voices! The whole cast was super brilliant! Such a joy to watch Tatianna Córdoba in her element. So much fun and laugh. I’ve never heard a song about menopause however they even made it fun but not too funny. I was captivated from the beginning till the end. Such a joy to watch even though it was about a really hard topic of immigration… It was a good night! "
