Under the Bridge (Off Broadway) Tickets

Based on the beloved Newbery Medal-winning book The Family Under the Bridge by Natalie Savage Carlson, Under the Bridge tells the story of Armand, a hobo in 1953 Paris who reluctantly surrenders his solitary life when he finds that a homeless family has taken shelter beneath “his bridge.” Armand takes the young mother, Madame Calcet, and her three young children under his care, and while sharing adventures around the City of Light he discovers the greatest riches in life and finds the home that he never had. The musical version of this touching story is the brainchild of Kathie Lee Gifford, former host of Tv's “Live with Regis and Kathie Lee,” who penned the book and lyrics for this show. Perfect for all ages, this limited engagement has found a home in off-Broadway's truly unique and intimate Zipper Theatre.
