Exclusive! Young Frankenstein's Sutton Foster Shutterbugs the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

Of the joys the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade offers, the one that theater-lovers treasure is the rare opportunity it gives them to watch a slew of lavish production numbers from the latest Broadway musicals. With that in mind, we asked one of our favorite stars of the Great White Way, Tony winner Sutton Foster—now knocking 'em dead at the Hilton Theatre as leggy blonde lab assistant Inga in Mel Brooks' new smash Young Frankenstein—to give us a backstage glimpse into the process of what it's like to be in the most famous parade in America. On Thursday, November 22, from Shuler Hensley's pre-dawn make-up sessions (becoming the Monster takes a team!) to the company bus ride to Herald Square to the actual performing of their number "Transylvania Mania," Foster (and camera-hand-off friends in the company) caught the whole shebang—plus a bunch of snaps of pals in the other shows
