It's best to arrive at least 30 minutes before the show's scheduled start time. This should allow you enough time to get through security, find your seats, and familiarize yourself with the theater. Some shows have pre-performance activities and most offer refreshments and merchandise for purchase, so arriving early gives you the opportunity to explore these options.

For security purposes, many theaters will not generate tickets until closer to the performance, which may cause a delay in the delivery of your tickets, depending on when you purchase.

This means even though you get a confirmation email immediately after buying, the actual scannable ticket barcodes might not be delivered to you until around 24 hours before your curtain time.
