G'Day, Idina! Tony Winner Menzel to Go Down Under for Australian Concert Debut

Idina Menzel will perform in concert in Australia this summer. The Tony Award winner will make her debut with the Sydney Symphony at the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall on June 26 and 27.

Menzel made her solo Carnegie Hall concert debut earlier this year, and she will be be participating in Lincoln Center’s American Songbook concert series on March 1.

A Tony winner for creating the role of Elphaba in Wicked, Menzel’s theater credits include a Tony-nominated performance as Maureen in Rent and off-Broadway productions of The Wild Party and See What I Wanna See. Her film and TV credits include Glee, Enchanted and the movie version of Rent.
