Every theater has some seats with obstructed views. They tend to be priced lower than full-view seats and will always be disclosed as obstructed or partial-view when purchasing.

The Orchestra section is the first floor of the theater, with rows of seats extending from very near the stage all the way to the back of the theater. The Mezzanine section is directly above the Orchestra, jutting out from the back of the theater toward the stage, with its first rows being situated roughly at the midpoint of the Orchestra section. The Balcony, in turn, is situated directly above the Mezzanine, though not all theaters have a Balcony section. Premium seats are typically located in the center of the Orchestra and Front Mezzanine sections and offer close proximity to the stage and clear sightlines. Due to their high prices, Premium seats tend to remain available longer than lower-priced seats and can therefore be a quick and easy way to ensure you have the best seats in the house.
