Olivia Newton-John Kicks Off Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign at Grease

Four-time Grammy Award winner and very proud Rydell High alum (and breast cancer survivor) Olivia Newton-John is hopelessly devoted—to a very good cause. The star headed back to her alma mater on October 7, joining with Curves Fitness for Women and the cast of Grease to launch a campaign for October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The Broadway leg of the international crusade kicked off at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre, where Newton-John and Grease stars including Ashley Spencer, Derek Keeling and Ace Young personally presented each female audience member with a LIV AID kit, designed to raise awareness while helping women detect cancer earlier through self-examination.
