Five-time Obie Award-winning director JoAnne Akalaitis joins with Mikhail Baryshnikov to bring four of Samuel Beckett's one-act plays - Act Without Words I, Act Without Words II, Eh Joe, and Rough For Theatre I - to New York Theatre Workshop as Beckett Shorts. After a successful workshop this past spring, Akalaitis invited Bill Camp, Karen Kandel, and David Neumann to work with her and Baryshnikov on these funny and fiercely physical plays.
