A Teal Treat!!
"There are certain things you expect when you’re thinking about a Betty Boop musical. There’s gonna be comedy, there’ll be homage to the cartoon, and the classic look. Boop took all of that and shot the expectations out of the water, every aspect of the play was handled with the most love and respect for Betty Boop as a character and symbol. The way the play addressed her impact in the modern world was my second favorite thing about the show after the fantastic choreography. Jasmine Amy Rogers does a phenomenal job of bringing Betty to life and making her feel like a real person, not to mention her stellar voice and dancing abilities. I can not hold this show in any higher regard, I hope that I’ll be able to come back and see it again and again."
