"I have seen Hamilton 4 times. Including in this theatre 8 years ago. My daughter really wanted to see Odom as Burr and so we flew in and I thought it would be fine/good…
Are you kidding me? It was INSANE. To witness that level of talent and a cast with the moves and vocal cords to bring down the house with every song, gave me chills.
As I was exiting the theatre, it was a common theme of audience members to be bubbling over with awe and saying it was the best performance they had seen.
I go to broadway shows monthly, concerts bi-monthly and more… and this was my favorite event I have witnessed. It felt so special to experience something so brilliant."

"I loved everything about this.
It was magical, especially when you love Hamilton.
The only thing is what I recommend to you: Watch it before with subtitles if you are NOT a native english speaker. I knew and loved Hamilton before. It was even better live. It really was magically wonderful.
But if you are not a native speaker and know nothing of the historical events, I recommend you to watch it beforehand OR at least educate yourself a little about the history about Americas founding story (I myself am German). I was seeing the show on 5th september 2025 and everyone was SO incredible, I LOVED the cast.
I loved especially the actor of George Washington and Peggy Schuyler/Mariah Reynolds! "

"Hamilton @ the Richards Rodgers Theatre was phenomenal !!! The entire cast was fantastic & really into their roles. Tamar Greene's voice (Washington) felt like he could have blown the roof off the theatre - extraordinary! It was a matinee & the theatre was full of kids (school groups & families) & the kids really seemed to enjoy it. Usually, I'm not into 'rap'. However, it totally works in Hamilton. I love that Broadway is opening up to young people & diverse audiences in subject matter, performers & presentation - it keeps the industry fresh & viable. The play starts off at a fast pace (so be there when it starts) & manages to take that up a notch in the 2nd act. By the end (the crescendo), I was leaping to my feet & crying tears of pure joy; ready to see it all over again. There isn't a bad seat in the house - so treat yourself & go! You won't be disappointed!"

What a wonderful show!
"Energy is one word that describes Hamilton so well. The dancing, singing and story were outstanding. We saw the play with our ten year old granddaughter, who absolutely loved it. Being 75 years old, I had somewhat of a difficult time with the rap but I attributed that as generational. All in all, it was a fabulous show."

Absolutely Amazing
"Our family has seen it twice now. 2024 & 2025. Some of the cast had changed but they did not disappoint. Each member has put their own stamp on their character and we love their creative choices! Such a moving story and interesting set. We laughed and cried and cannot wait to swing by NYC for another cabinet mtg.
Our family is adults and older teens. I wouldn’t recommend this show for younger children. There is swearing and sexual themes throughout the show. It just depends on what you and your teens are comfortable with but I squirmed a bit watching with my 15 yr old next to me our first viewing. But we are pretty conservative.
That’s said, we came back for more this yr because it is just that great!! "

"Hamilton is a wonderful show for families and students. My one caveat would be that it is a bit inappropriate for children under twelve. I feel that the younger audience members need to know a little bit about the founding fathers of our country and our country's early history.
The music and the cast were amazing. My daughter, granddaughters, and I thoroughly enjoyed the performance . This was my granddaughters' first Broadway play."

"After watching the movie version of Hamilton on Disney Plus for years and memorizing every word of the soundtrack, we finally got the opportunity to see the real thing on Broadway!
