Delightful Evening with Jonathan/Bobby

Great show, bad seats
"The show was spectacular. Great music, wonderful interaction with the audience.
But…. We were in the first row of Floor Seats, at the end by the second stage. It was tough to see the main stage, and couldn’t see at all when the actors were sitting. I had to twist my body and crane my neck to see around the people at the table in front of us, so it was uncomfortable. I was refused a playbill magazine because of my location, even though the actors never walked in front of my seat. So I didn’t get to read up on the actors’ bios.
Definitely go to the show, but sit in the Orchestra section in the middle. The premium paid for floor seats is a waste."

A rollicking good time.
"Jonathan Groff exudes charm as Bobby Darrin. His natural likability brought me on board from the start. Great dancing - oh my I felt like I lost weight just from being in the audience. The cast gave it all.
If you can swing it get seats at the cafe tables on the floor. I felt like part of the show. The best table is the one in the dead center. I won’t give away surprises. If you select those seats, to protect the cast nothing can go one the floor (no bags, any long dresses have to be gathered up) understandably.
Also I would NOT select the seats directly behind the cafe tables. They looked cramped in since they were so close to the cafe seats.
GO and have a blast!!!!"

Joyous Percormance
"Loved Jonathan Groff’s telling about Bobby Darren, Jonathan’s inserting his own background and talking to the audience as narrator was a welcome change from most jukebox musicals. The music was great, of course. The entire cast was energetic and seemed to enjoy performing. As as aside, I’ve seen shows where they were going through the motions but these have been more long running shows.
The set was beautiful giving a nightclubby feeling. I will recommend this to everyone,

The only thing I have to complain about is my floor seat. I would not recommend them because they are right up against the tables on the stage and all you’re looking at is the backs of those people sitting there. Either get a seat in a row farther back and higher up or sit at one of the tables. "
