An energized Shakespeare.

"I could not get over the contant vitality of the cast and their unique portrayal of the characters. I estimate half the audience to be under 30. My guess is that most learned of R & J by word of mouth. Interestingly they "got" the subtleties in the dialog. II would not change anything. Shakespeare would have been proud. "

Modern and intimate Romeo and Juliet

"This theater was perfect for the show because every seat feels like you are right there with them. The cast was phenomenal and the lack of set is advantageous because it shows off their acting ability. The music was incredible. This show felt fun, fresh, intimate, and unique. It made Shakespeare digestible and told the story with an incredible amount of character and heart. I would see it again and again! "

Teens will love it!

"My 14 yo daughter is a big fan of Kit and Heartstopper, Rachel too. She absolutely loved it. As a fan of Shakespeare , I did as well. Supporting cast was phenomenal and audience engagement was a pleasant surprise. She was able to get autographs after the show and it was perfect! As with all broadway shows, get there early, avoid long bathroom lines too. I don’t think you get children would enjoy- so stick with tweens/teens. "
