A small production with church basement vibes.
"I am gonna start off with preface that I did not seek this out on purpose. I was in New York for a week looking for things to do and I saw this and thought "Oh god that sounds terrible, mom liked Seinfeld though so it would be something funny to talk about." So I bought the ticket expecting something absolutely awful that I could recount as a funny story to the family later. It was not awful in fact I dare say it was pretty neat. Lots of references to the source material, a pretty decent parody plot, and some bits that got a chuckle out of me, so not a bad play at all I don't think. The cast all had great singing voices, I think George was my favorite. The Jerry impersonator was pretty good. The Kramer bits were funny. The Elaine felt like she fit in almost exactly the same spot in the dynamic as the Elain in the TV show, which is a point toward the production in itself that the characterization feels right. It's not a big budget production and your not gonna walk away a changed human being. The theater is a bit cramped and if you've ever been to a youth group play in a church basement its gonna give you some weird Déjà vu. Not for everybody and I would go in knowing nothing about the source material. But, I'm rating it highly because it gave me a few good chuckles and the singing was great. "

A very funny experience for a true Seinfeld fan
"The location leaves something to be desired but I can appreciate the intimacy of a small setting…It was like watching the show from my couch. Cast was funny and very talented. George was spot on! The storyline was good and felt very true to its nature. There are definitely some jokes I would consider questionable for children but nothing any worse than you’d see on TV."

Fun show, especially if you loved Seinfeld!
"High energy cast who do a great job impersonating their Seinfeld characters. They hit on all the fun highlights from the Seinfeld show. Musical numbers were energetic and hysterical. 90 minute show flew by!
As far as children seeing it, parents should be advised that there is some adult content."

Such a Great Show!
"We weren’t sure what to expect when we arrived at the small-ish theater, but the show was fantastic! Every seat is near the stage and it was wonderful. Each character brought out their Seinfeld counterparts with a fun musical spin. The show was funny, clever songs, and made for a show that we are telling our friends not to miss! "

Don't waste your time...
"Don't waste your time, book tickets immediately for "Singfeld! A Musical About Nothing!" Like typical "Seinfeld" fans, we weren't sure this play could live up to the original show. But, it's hilarious and the characters are spot on. Our time and money was well spent to have fun at "Singfeld"!"

A fun show.
"The show is a delight to watch the young actors and their energy. The 90 minutes were packed. The characters were nailed down. The female lead was very strong. A little less on the bathroom humor might be suggested. "
