"What I liked? The musicality….could Ryan McCartan and China Anne McClain’s voices mesh any more beautifully?? And it just kept building. From her first notes…birdsong. Seriously. The sets were stunning…from the intrigue of the green light to the shirts above the bed. What??? They’re real? Costumes…gorgeous and so classy…why does no one dress up anymore?? Nostalgic, captivating, exciting…all the good words. Considering that possibly Nick was the only decent person in the whole story, how is it I felt so good walking out of that theatre?
