Spectacular visuals and great singing
"The sets were the most detailed and beautiful I’ve ever seen. The leads were all wonderful except I couldn’t make out many of Daisy’s lines and didn’t enjoy her character. I know you aren’t supposed to like her but there must be some reason gatsby fell in love with her. Jeremy Jordan was remarkable- very different than anything else I’ve seen him in and two of his songs were extraordinarily good and moving. Enjoyed the overall experience and the other characterizations and voices. It decently adapted a difficult piece of literature."

Fun show, incredible sets.
"Firstly, the set design changes and blending with video was very impressive.
The skit follows the DiCaprio movie relatively closely. Acting and singing was excellent. However, too many long dramatic notes closing each scene. More dynamic impact achieved if dramatic notes assigned sparingly throughout the show.
Show closing scene accurate and done very well but maybe too intense for specific audiences.
Overall, I would see it again if able."

Amazing show and performances
"It was a feast for the eyes and ears. The sets were just out of this world, as were the actors, who were equally adept at singing and dancing. It is almost an opera, bec so much is conveyed in song...has it all, humor and pathos, a fine rendering of F. Scott's famous novel. I found myself getting a little misty at one point. My only criticism would be I couldn't really understand the words of the chorus whn they were singing...not easy to get all that verbiage clear when you're also dancing up a storm I guess.

"Loved Jeremy Jordan’s voice, as well as Noah Rickett’s (Nick). All voices were excellent, the choreography was wonderful, but the costumes and sets pretty much stole the show. Wonderful!
I didn’t exactly like the character interpretations of Jay and Daisy. And I kept waiting for the explanation of the green light across the sound, but unless you had studied the novel, it really wasn’t explained. Other things, particularly the omission of Gatsby’s father being one of the very few mourners. But as an introduction to the novel, it was very entertaining,"
