What a show!
"Arrive 45 minutes before showtime to line up for the doors to the Gershwin Theater to open. Ushers were very helpful in directing patrons to their seats. Before you settle in for the show, grab a small bucket of chocolate chip cookies, simply the best!
The show was fast paced with great acting and wonderful writing. The costumes were spot on. Be on your toes to catch the connections to "The wizard of OZ". Some are obvious, some not so much.
All the actor and actresses provided a seller performance in both spoken lines and song."

12 year old daughter told me it was the best day of her life.
"My daughter whose 12th birthday was this past weekend has been in two local productions and asked me over the summer if we could see a Broadway play for her birthday instead of having a party and presents. I agreed and we both decided that Wicked was the one! I’m so glad we made that decision because the power in the actors voices and the presence they command on stage is absolutely incredible. My daughter did not move a muscle. She was beaming with this glow of pure joy and was so enthralled with every word, every emotion, every lyric they sang. It was epic and I am so grateful to each and every person who works so hard to make this production COME ALIVE!! We will remember this day for the rest of our lives and hearing my daughter tell me this was the best day of her life- music to my ears! Oh and we were in the first row in the mausoleum which I highly recommend because you can see everything!! "

The only drawback to the theater was the restrooms. There simply are not enough for the number of people attending so just be aware. Go see this show! It's worth every penny."
