About
The Marquis Theatre opened in 1986 and is currently Broadways newest legitimate theater. Located in the Marriott Marquis Hotel, it is also the only such theater to exist completely within a hotel.
At 1,611 seats, it is one of Broadways larger venues. Some of the shows that have played the Marquis Theatre include Me and My Girl, Gypsy, Victor/Victoria, Annie Get Your Gun, and Thoroughly Modern Millie.
Dressing Code
There is no dress code at the theater. For all performances, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion.
Late Seating Policy
Latecomers are seated at suitable breaks in the performance in conveniently reachable seat locations at the discretion of management.
