Watch It: Jeremy Piven's Fish Story on Letterman

As far as we're concerned, the Jeremy Piven sushi saga is officially over. Still, the one-time Speed-the-Plow star (now seen, of course, back as adorably asinine Ari Gold on HBO's Entourage) was over at the Late Show with David Letterman last night, talking up his medical drama and, incidentally, calling his four months on Broadway "the time of my life."
