Michelle Williams Steps Into Chicago

Former Destiny's Child singer Michelle Williams begins performances as Roxie Hart in the Broadway production of Chicago.

Williams joins the Broadway production after playing Roxie in the West End. She is best known for performing alongside Beyoncé in the Grammy Award-winning group Destiny’s Child. Her other theater credits include title role in the Broadway production of Aida and Shug Avery in the Los Angeles, Chicago and San Francisco engagements of The Color Purple. She has also released three CDs as a solo artist.
