Broadway's Billy Elliot Celebrates 500 Electric Performances!

It was a big day for one of Broadway's biggest blockbusters on January 24, as Tony-winning musical Billy Elliot celebrated 500 performances on the Great White Way. The cast, including current Billy boys Liam Redhead, Dayton Tavares, Alex Ko, Michael Dameski and Tony Award winner Trent Kowalik, as well as Tony-winning director Stephen Daldry, all assembled at the Glass House Tavern for cake, conversation, celebration... and a trouble-making, courtesy of Daldry. As we watched the icing fly and the flash bulbs pop, we couldn't help but think how it seems like only yesterday that Billy was having its grand opening night.
