Good Evening Starshine! The Earth Says Hello to Hair's New Cast

We love the original Hair cast as much as anybody, but it’s also exciting to welcome a fresh young Tribe to Broadway. In what’s being billed as the biggest cast changeover ever, a new company took the stage at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre on March 9 led by Ace Young, Kyle Riabko and Diana DeGarmo. With producers and co-librettist James Rado milling about before the show, the atmosphere was thick with anticipation, and the new kids didn’t disappoint. Broadway.com was invited in to photograph the show’s irresistible opening number, “Aquarius,” and the newcomers’ very first curtain call.
